Cupping is a type of alternative therapy that involves placing cups on the skin to create suction.
This suction is thought to improve the flow of energy in the body and facilitate healing.
Restoring balance between these two extremes is thought to help with the body’s resistance to pathogens as well as its ability to increase blood flow and reduce pain.
Cupping increases blood circulation to the area where the cups are placed. This may relieve muscle tension, which can improve overall blood flow and promote cell repair. It may also help form new connective tissues and create new blood vessels in the tissue.

A lymphatic drainage massage is a gentle, rhythmic movements to improve circulation and release toxins that can accumulate in your lymphatic tissue. Can ease the symptoms of allergies, menstrual cramps, sinusitis, colds and other viruses.
It also promotes healing of scar tissue and is often recommended as part of post-surgical recovery.
Your lymphatic system is key to your overall health.
Among other things, it produces monocytes and lymphocytes, the cells that are a part of your immune system. Lymph vessels, bundles of cells known as lymph nodes, and certain organs make up your lymphatic system, and lymph fluid runs through it.
Lymphatic fluid serves two functions, both delivering nutrients to cells, and clearing metabolic waste and foreign objects from them.
When lymph fluid isn’t properly circulating through your system, your lymph nodes and surrounding tissue may become swollen, and your body becomes more susceptible to infection.

There are three main components to any birth chart
— houses, signs, and planets.
Houses represent the areas of life that are most important to you. For example, your house might be linked to matters relating to inner peace and connectedness. Or it might be linked to matters relating to transparency, healing, and the depth of life.
Signs represent the qualities of your life. That could mean expressing yourself through creativity, playfulness, and sharing who you are with others. Or it could mean building a legacy through discipline, patience, and perseverance.
Planets represent the transient experiences of your life and personality. For instance, Mercury relates to interactive learning. Mars relates to self-determined action. Saturn relates to developing structure.
When you look at your birth chart, you should also look at your sun, moon, ascendent, and chart ruler.
The sun and moon represent the fundamental elements of your personality.
The sun represents your outwardly focused, expressive side.

I am the founder of the Wise Wild Women Retreats & The Healing Hippies at Creekside
My family and I are from the Niota/Sweetwater TN area. I have two beautiful adult children and a handful of amazing grand babies who are always around to help out with the business.
My journey in Natural Health started when I was a young adult. My hobby was to find a way to heal, ME; body, mind & spirit. (I did A LOT of self-study on nutrition, exercise, yoga, meditation, Native American traditions and ceremonies). After spending decades in a professional career I felt incomplete and always searching for something more, different . . . .
In 2013 I left my employment and began this journey of self-healing and reconnecting with my true self.
Today, I specialize in Private Yoga Sessions, Wellness Coaching, Women Retreats, Group or Corporate Yoga, Wellness Workshops.
I lead a Womens only weekly book club group; for women who are ready to unleash the wise wild women within!
As well as monthly women circles!
I have over 10 years experience in the study of yoga and over 600 hours of training through White Crow Yoga of Nashville and Sacred Awakening/Asmi Yoga of Oregon. I received my first certification in yoga training through Cheryl Murman, of Chattanooga Yoga Center.
I also studied massage therapy through the Massage Institute of Cleveland; so I could bring the healing effects of both yoga and massage to my community. Where I was first introduced to Reiki and continued my training to become A Reiki Master & Teacher my linage is through Usui Ryoho Reiki.
Prior to 2020 my new passions & studies includes, Birthing Doula, through Earth Wisdom Birth Doula, training under Lori Love. And Bodywork for Anxiety & Depression through Cultivating Inner Stillness
During 2020 & 2021 I was blessed to be able to train via zoom with some of my favorite teachers.
I worked with HeatherAsh Amara of Warrior Goddess Training to become a Warrior Goddess Facilitator
I worked on deepening my meditation practice and how to lead others with davidji, davidji is a globally recognized mindbody health & wellness expert, mindful performance trainer, meditation teacher & author who served as the Chopra Center COO, Lead Educator and then as the first Dean of Chopra Center University, where he trained more than 300,000 people to meditate and certified more than 2,500 meditation teachers.
And finally I took an amazing sidereal astrology course with Ken Robinson & Dolly Kaupp
I teach about the 8 limbs of yoga, different pranayama techniques, and lead meditation in all of my classes.

Your breath brings oxygen into your body so that you can thrive.
When you are physically or emotionally stressed, it affects how you breathe.
Breathwork helps to calm your stress and bring balance to your body.
People have been practicing breathwork for thousands of years, and it has roots in yoga practice.
The basic idea of breathwork is to release toxins and stress when you breathe out and nourish your mind and body when you breathe in.
Research on breathwork is promising.
Potential health benefits of breathwork include:

Breathwork may also have a positive impact on your central nervous system.
When you feel stressed, your breath tends to become fast and shallow. This limits the oxygen entering your bloodstream. Your brain tells your body that there is a threat, and your body responds in fight or flight.
45 Minute session $40
A healing modality to help release held tension, emotions and/or trauma. A series of stretching and breath work that assist the body in releasing deep muscular patterns of stress, tension and trauma.
You safely activate a natural reflex mechanism of shaking or vibrating that releases muscular tension, calming down the nervous system.
(This is not a massage - please wear comfortable clothing for this treatment)
