Whether you join us in the studio or from the comfort of home, this practice offers a supportive space to reconnect, reset, and restore.
Somatic Yoga is an invitation to slow down, soften, and truly listen to your body.
This gentle, meditative practice focuses on reconnecting the mind and body through mindful awareness, breath, and intentional movement.
Rather than pushing or striving, we allow.
Allowing ourselves to feel.
Allowing ourselves to release.
Allowing ourselves to come home to our bodies.
Through slow, mindful movements and conscious breathing, somatic yoga supports nervous system regulation, deeper body awareness, and a sense of ease that extends far beyond the mat.
