Christy has over 10 years experience in the study of yoga and over 600 hours of training through White Crow Yoga of Nashville and Sacred Awakening/Asmi Yoga of Oregon. She received her first certification in yoga training through Cheryl Murman, of Chattanooga Yoga Center in 2015.
During the 2020 shutdown, Christy continued her studies with several teachers online.
She studied with davidji, deepening her personal meditation practice and learning how to guide others into the practice.
davidji is a globally recognized mindbody health & wellness expert, mindful performance trainer, meditation teacher & author who served as the Chopra Center COO, Lead Educator and then as the first Dean of Chopra Center University, where he trained more than 300,000 people to meditate and certified more than 2,500 meditation teachers.

I love sharing this lifestyle with beginners who are ready to better their life.
When I started practicing yoga I faced many challenges,
I thought, this can’t be for me
- I am not flexible
-stressed
-traumatized
-unfit
Here’s what I found: you don’t adjust your body to fit yoga, you adjust your yoga to fit your body.
MY Classes are geared toward beginners and anyone with mobility struggles.
I will guide you through breath-work, a mindful practice and mindful movement.
Through the practice you will build mental clarity, physical strength, gain flexibility and increase your balance.
Ashley Walker, began practicing in behavioral health in 2013.
Experienced in special needs, mental health, substance abuse, and criminal justice.
Her education consists of a Bachelor's in Psychology, a Master's in Addiction Studies, and currently a Doctoral Candidate focusing on Human Services.
Her doctoral project consists of finding ways for mental health clinicians and yoga practitioners to collaborate for more balanced client care.
She began practicing yoga in 2016 and after falling completely in love with it! She completed yoga teacher training in 2018 and began using yoga as a path for treatment in 2020.

My heart has led me to include yoga therapy and walk and talk to the services that I offer. I have learned that this will bring movement into healing by using the body to create balance.
I am passionate in helping women and would like to be your stepping stone in learning how to love yourself.
My Classes will help you with mental clarity, physical strength and flexibility.
Holly began teaching yoga in 2017; she loves welcoming new students.
